IRC Defender is a program designed for IRC networks, written in perl. It is a highly modular security service which amongst other things will keep virus and trojan drones from your network, it allows you to set akills using regular expressions, and will prevent abuse of CGI:IRC proxies.
Because of recent arbitrary execution exploits found in IRC Defender, we advice against using it.
