-BabbleIRC is network focused on everything but being the biggest. We dont want users to come to us just so we can try and keep them there abd grow our userbase, we want users to visit and return because they know its a nice place to be.
-Our goal is simple. Not to become big, but to become established. To make the user feel safe and secure and to offer steady servers. Our IRCd's are stripped of the stuff we feel is abusive. Namely the SAJOIN/PART commands and we only populate 4 opers on the network. 2 network admins and 2 opers.

-There is no general rule as we are a no fuss network, although people who try to cause disruption wont get G/Klined immediately though we will give them pleanty of time to buck up their attitude before we take action on removing the user.
-Warez and porn channels are not acceptable on our network and we will never support them. It's not to say we dont allow them to reaside on our network but any problems that come of the channels on our network and they get no support from staff at all.
