Bio:
- X-Chat Aqua is a fork of XChat with a Cocoa based frontend.
- X-Chat Aqua maintains a look-and-feel similar to that of stock X-Chat, however the frontend is written in Cocoa, presenting native Cocoa Widgets and removes the dependency on X11.app.
- While using Cocoa widgets, X-Chat Aqua is not the most "Mac-Friendly" application, and is probably not a good choice for one expecting conformance to the Aqua UI Guidelines.
- X-Chat Aqua has sent key changes back upstream to the X-Chat project.
