Sorry, we`re currently working on our new site

Due to time constraints, lack of interest, and lack of staff/developers, I have shut down IRC Wiki indefinitely until we can come back with a better approach. All database records have been saved as of April 1st, 2011. IRC Wiki development will continue, as slowly or as quickly as it is. Like I said, main problem is lack of developers and public interest.

The staff will remain the same, and we do have a plan of a huge rewrite of the layout/design and optimization/rewrite or most features. Along with more features added and a more web 2.0 look. You may still track our development at http://www.irc-wiki.org/Main_Page and you may still contact us via our support channel.

I thank everyone so far who has been apart of IRC Wiki and I hope you remain faithful to us during this indefinite down period.

Development of IRC Wiki 2.0 is now entering Phase 1 (Planning and Design). We are working on plans that will bring a newer better version of IRC Wiki, and a better approach at bringing it to our users.

We have gotten a few more people to the team, and a few have left. We have plans being written for the new idea of IRC Wiki 2.0 and a dev server is coming up. Public view of this dev server will not be available for a good while, but we will be posting updates on this page. You may also view development progress at the website link above. I am glad to have seen such a high interest and anticipation for the new release of IRC Wiki. I have decided to work as hard as I can to bring the new release before my deployment to Swaziland in September. I do plan on continueing my development while deployed, but it may be limited. Thanks again to everyone for supporting us.

What we currently need right now is more developers, we need C++/C# coders, php developers, and we need someone who specializes in layouts and designs, plus we need a good graphic designer. This is a volunteer type job but we have plans on creating premium content that will be used to support the hosting of the website and a certain percentage will be split evenly among developers. The sooner we rebuild, the sooner we can bring back IRC Wiki and a better site than any other IRC Wiki web site out there.
