PHPAtheme allows IRC networks to enable their users to directly control their service account via the web. It currently integrates with ChanServ, NickServ, and MemoServ. Modules are planned to enable HostServ, OperServ, as well as ALIS.
PHPAtheme is an alternative to the resource-hungry, Python-based, Atheme-Web, and is considerably easier to set up, and does not require as many packages.
