LightIRC is a web based IRC client that can be customized through the use of various skins and stylesheets, the chat window can also be customized in almost every way by changing the parameters in its settings[1]. LightIRC also supports every language and is compatible with every IRCd.

Supported Web Browsers
LightIRC should work with every browser as long as Adobe Flash Player is installed.
