Delta IRC Services is an IRC services package coded in python. Its main function is to monitor certain activities on your IRC network such as MODE changes, Channel JOINS/PARTS, Server JOINS/QUITS, and client connections and quits. It aims to encompass services packages such as Anope/Atheme/GNU Thales/Denora and NeoStats.

It will eventually also have it's own IRCd built-in. The project is in early days having being founded in June 2012. If you want to contribute to the project, just pop into #delta1.0-dev[2] and talk to Denver.
