Global is an addition for the Anope 2 branch. Its purpose is to provide the Global command previously contained in OperServ.

You can make the command available via OperServ (as it was in 1.7-1.8) by adding the following to global.conf or operserv.conf

command { service = "OperServ"; name = "GLOBAL"; command = "global/global"; permission = "global/global"; }
